工作內容:

- 接聽電話及執行外撥業務, 向客戶介紹及推廣信用卡貸款服務並達到銷售目標

- 與客戶保持融洽關係

要求:

- 無需銀行銷售經驗, 有銷售/熱線中心/客戶服務工作經驗優先考慮

- 良好溝通能力, 良好中文口語

工作時間:

- 每星期工作5天, 輪休

- 星期一至六 9am-9pm (每天工作8小時)

Responsibilities:

- Introduce and promote credit card loan services through inbound and outbound calls, and achieve sales targets.

- Build and maintain rapport with customers.

Requirements:

- No bank sales experience is required. Previous job experience in sales / call center / CS is a plus.

- Good communication skills and good in spoken Chinese.

Working hours:

- 5 days per week, by roster.

- Monday to Saturday 9am-9pm (8 hours per day).
