- Welcome customers and understand their purchasing needs and budget.
- Promote and sell gold and jewelry products, including wedding collections
- Clearly explain product specifications such as purity, weight, and pricing structure.
- Manage the full sales cycle to deliver an excellent customer experience.
2️⃣ Product Expertise & Quality Assurance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gold products and market trends.
- Inspect merchandise for accuracy in weight, purity, and craftsmanship.
- Provide after-sales support and care advice to customers.
3️⃣ Store Operations
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Support inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Handle cashiering, invoicing, and basic administrative duties.
