職責：
- 負責到客戶住所或商業場所進行寬頻網絡安裝、測試及開通服務。
- 提供寬頻設備、Wi-Fi 路由器及相關網絡設備的安裝、設定及維護工作。
- 診斷及處理網絡故障，確保服務穩定運作及符合公司服務標準。
- 向客戶講解產品功能及設備使用方法，並解答一般技術查詢。
- 準確記錄工作進度及完成相關服務報告。
- 遵守公司安全守則及工作程序，確保工程質素及客戶滿意度。
- 按工作需要執行輪班、外勤及待命工作。
要求：
- 中五／HKDSE 或以上學歷。
- 歡迎具電訊、網絡工程、弱電系統或相關行業經驗人士申請。
- 對網絡技術及電訊服務有基本認識者更佳。
- 具良好溝通技巧及客戶服務意識。
- 工作態度積極主動，能獨立處理工作及解決問題。
- 願意從事戶外工作及外勤服務。
Responsibilities
- Install, test, and activate broadband services at customers' homes and business locations.
- Install, set up, and maintain broadband equipment, Wi-Fi routers, and related network devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure stable service and quality standards.
- Explain product features and equipment usage to customers and answer basic technical questions.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and service reports.
- Follow company safety guidelines and work procedures to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Perform shift duty, outdoor field work, and standby duty when required.
Requirements
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above.
- Candidates with experience in telecommunications, networking, low-voltage systems, or related fields are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of networking and telecommunications services is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, proactive, and able to work independently to solve problems.
- Willing to work outdoors and travel to customer sites.
