Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in client acquisition and new business development.
- Qualifications in HKSI and IIQE.
- Strong background in managing high-net-worth (HNW) client accounts with personalized service.
- Established network and experience in markets, with good understanding of local client needs.
- Solid technical knowledge of consumer banking products, including Treasury, Equities, Funds, and Insurance.
- Excellent command of Mandarin/ Cantonese and English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive new business, acquisition, and referral growth while strengthening existing Priority Client relationships in line with service standards.
- Conduct professional financial analysis and client profiling to identify and meet financial objectives.
- Provide regular market updates and insights on local and global financial products to enhance client engagement.
- Collaborate with team leaders to set monthly plans and achieve sales and acquisition targets.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and prospecting activities to expand the client base.
- Deliver efficient after-sales support and manage client retention and anti-attrition efforts.
- Organize and lead sales presentations for corporate and community groups.
- Generate referrals through cross-team collaboration within the Bank.
- Uphold the Bank’s Values and Code of Conduct, demonstrating integrity and ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risk and conduct issues effectively and collaboratively.
Other Responsibilities - Promote the “Here for good” brand values and fulfil additional duties under business or functional policies.
