Role Overview

The Creative Director will lead the brand’s creative vision, storytelling, and experiential strategy. This role is responsible for building a distinctive and premium brand identity, driving impactful campaigns, and ensuring cohesive brand expression across all touchpoints.

You will work closely with marketing, product, operations, and coaching teams to translate strategic goals into compelling creative executions that elevate brand awareness, engagement, and member acquisition.


Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Vision & Brand Leadership
  • Define and articulate the brand’s creative direction and narrative framework.
  • Establish a strong, premium brand identity aligned with fitness, performance, and lifestyle positioning.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual standards across all channels.
2. Integrated Campaign Development
  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Lead creative direction for short-form video content, social media, influencer collaborations, and experiential events.
  • Develop campaigns that drive both brand equity and measurable member growth.
3. Visual Identity & Brand Experience
  • Oversee brand visual systems including logo, brand guidelines, campaign materials, spatial aesthetics, and merchandise design.
  • Ensure cohesive and elevated brand presentation across clubs, digital platforms, and events.
4. Industry & Cultural Insight
  • Stay ahead of fitness, wellness, and lifestyle trends.
  • Analyze competitor positioning and continuously refine creative strategy to maintain competitive advantage.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing creative team (design, content, video, copy).
  • Manage external agencies, production partners, and media collaborators.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
6. Product & Program Branding
  • Lead creative packaging and launch campaigns for fitness programs, transformation challenges, and signature services.
  • Translate scientific training and premium service standards into compelling storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in creative or brand roles, preferably within fitness, sports, luxury lifestyle, or wellness industries.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand-building and campaign execution.
  • Deep understanding of fitness culture, community engagement, and digital content ecosystems.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for fitness and premium lifestyle branding.
