Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate analyst meetings, non-deal roadshows, expert network consultations, and investor conferences for institutional clients
• Arrange corporate access events, including due diligence meetings, company visits, and management meetings
• Partner closely with Equity Sales, Research, and Investment Banking teams to facilitate investor engagement opportunities
• Prepare management reports, track corporate access activities, and maintain accurate records
• Support business initiatives, strategic projects, and other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, Equity Research, Equity Sales, or a related function within a financial institution
• Strong understanding of capital markets and the institutional investment landscape
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills
