Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their IT Team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee, troubleshoot, and provide support for hardware and networking systems.
• Offer system administration and support for company-wide platforms, including Windows Servers, Database Servers, email servers, and network services.
• Install, test, and commission server, network, and security equipment both locally and internationally.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation regarding networking and system configurations.
• Assist with the maintenance of EDI systems and data interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in network, hardware, and system support.
• Technical skills with Linux, Windows Server and SQL Server, experience in VMware/vSphere.
• Experience in supporting PBX, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
