Responsibilities
  • Maintain all facilities in a safe, clean, and functional condition at all times.
  • Carry out routine inspections and report any defects or issues that may disrupt operations.
  • Support the organisation and execution of programmes and activities within the premises.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Respond to enquiries and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in recreation services, facility operations, or a related field.
  • Diploma in Recreation, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese and basic English.
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with accountability.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work.
  • Strong customer focus with an outgoing and approachable personality.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
