Job Duties

• Provide O&M support for IaaS cloud platform (compute, networking, storage, containers, APIs)
• Handle incident troubleshooting, change management, upgrades, and disaster recovery
• Deliver front-line customer support and technical enablement
• Support basic operations of advanced services (CCE, MRS, DWS, ROMA, ModelArts, databases)
• Ensure platform stability and service availability

Requirements

• Proficient in Linux, Shell/Python scripting, and IT fundamentals (OS, DB, network, hardware, web)
• Familiar with KVM and OpenStack (Nova, Glance, Neutron)
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VPN, SDN)
• Experience with distributed storage and Huawei cloud storage
• Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring
• Familiar with Huawei hybrid cloud and O&M processes; capable of independent troubleshooting and risk management
