Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and process corporate loan and security documentation based on approved credit applications and facility terms.
  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Credit Risk, Legal, Operations, and external counsels to facilitate timely documentation and transaction completion.
  • Review loan agreements, security documents, guarantees, and other related legal documents to ensure compliance with approved credit conditions.
  • Follow up on conditions precedent (CPs), document execution, and post-completion requirements prior to loan drawdown.
  • Liaise directly with clients and solicitors regarding documentation requirements, amendments, waivers, and operational matters.
  • Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders on documentation structures, credit terms, and lending procedures.
  • Ensure all loan documentation complies with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and legal standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation records and ensure completeness of documentation files.
  • Support facility amendments, renewals, restructurings, and annual reviews where required.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance documentation efficiency and controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines.
  • 3 years of experience in corporate banking, loan administration, credit documentation, or credit operations.
  • Solid knowledge of corporate loan products, syndicated loans, project finance, trade finance, and security documentation.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, lending practices, and legal documentation requirements.
  • Strong understanding of facility agreements, security arrangements, guarantees, and conditions precedent.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
