As part of its ongoing people transformation journey, the organization is seeking a passionate HR professional to drive employee experience, engagement, employer branding, and inclusion initiatives across its international workforce.
The Role
This is a strategic HR position focused on shaping an exceptional employee experience across the organization. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will lead key initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, elevate the employer brand, enhance employee lifecycle experiences, and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.
You will work closely with HR teams and business stakeholders across multiple locations to ensure people initiatives are both globally aligned and locally impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Lead and drive organization-wide employee experience and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and enhance employee lifecycle programmes, including onboarding, integration, development, and retention journeys.
- Partner with HR teams across different business units to deliver a consistent and engaging employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen workplace culture and employee satisfaction through innovative people practices.
Employer Branding & EVP
- Champion the organization's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and support its adoption across the business.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction and market positioning.
- Support external employer recognition programmes and best employer award submissions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote employee success stories and people-focused initiatives.
Employee Listening & Insights
- Manage the full employee engagement survey cycle, including planning, implementation, analysis, reporting, and communication of results.
- Translate engagement data into actionable insights and partner with stakeholders to implement meaningful improvement plans.
- Monitor employee sentiment and engagement trends to support data-driven people decisions.
DEIB & Culture
- Support and advance Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives across the organization.
- Partner with employee communities and internal networks to foster an inclusive and engaging workplace.
- Promote initiatives that strengthen employee wellbeing, belonging, and collaboration.
People Analytics & Strategic Projects
- Support people analytics and workforce insights initiatives to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure HR data quality and governance standards are maintained.
- Participate in key HR transformation and organisational development projects aligned with the company's people strategy.
Requirements
Experience
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of HR experience gained within sizeable multinational or regional organizations.
- Proven track record in employee engagement, employee experience, culture transformation, employer branding, or related HR disciplines.
- Experience managing regional or cross-functional HR projects is highly desirable.
- Exposure to talent attraction and employer branding initiatives would be an advantage.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Power BI, HR analytics tools, or dashboard reporting tools is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Canva or employer branding content platforms would be beneficial.
Languages
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Fluent Mandarin is preferred.
