Job Duties
- Manage project spending and support budget tracking activities.
- Coordinate supplier communications and resolve sourcing-related requests.
- Assist in new product sourcing, sample arrangement, and price negotiations.
- Follow up product development progress to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor manufacturing schedules and ensure timely order completion.
- Arrange shipment logistics with factories and freight partners.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in business trips when required.
Job Requirements
- Backelor's degree holder in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Textiles, Business, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of sourcing, procurement, or purchasing experience.
- Background in cosmetics or consumer products is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
