We are looking for a dedicated Paralegal to join our growing client legal team. 

• Draft and review transaction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence and provide comprehensive legal analysis.
• Perform legal research to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Stay updated on changes in company law and securities regulations.
• Support IPO processes and manage compliance matters for private and public companies.
• Assist with transaction closings and other legal tasks as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor or PCLL.
• 1-2 years of experience in a paralegal or similar position in corporate team.
• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
• Proficient in MS Word and general computer skills.
