Job Description

• Lead IT Applications, Digital Solutions, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity functions across Hong Kong and China.

• Develop and execute IT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and technology roadmaps to support business growth.

• Manage enterprise applications including Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, eCommerce platforms, SCM solutions, integration middleware, and business-critical systems.

• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and eCommerce teams to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

• Drive ERP implementation, system integration, application modernization, and digital transformation projects.

• Enhance supply chain visibility and performance through technology solutions supporting planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

• Oversee cloud infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, data platforms, and end-user computing environments to ensure secure and reliable operations.

• Establish IT governance, cybersecurity controls, business continuity, disaster recovery, and compliance frameworks.

• Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and service delivery performance.

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI, automation, analytics, and Copilot solutions, to drive innovation and productivity.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 10-15 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership of enterprise applications and infrastructure teams.

• Strong FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, or trading industry experience preferred.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes, including S&OP, demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, enterprise applications, and system integration platforms.

• Strong track record in digital transformation, ERP implementation, process optimization, and technology modernization initiatives.

• Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, IT governance, risk management, and business continuity planning.

• Experience managing regional teams, external vendors, technology budgets, and large-scale projects.

• Familiarity with AI, automation, data analytics, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform solutions is highly desirable.

• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and drive cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams.
