Responsibilities- Accurately and promptly process trade instructions, ensuring all executions meet required timelines and standards.
- Handle OTC transactions, including structured products, fixed income instruments, and options, while supporting daily dealing activities.
- Respond to client and internal inquiries related to trade execution and order status, delivering timely and professional support.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams as well as external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operational processes.
- Partner with technology teams on system enhancements and project initiatives to improve trading workflows and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements- Possession of SFC Type 1 and Type 2 licenses is preferred; candidates who have completed HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, 8, and 9 will also be considered favorably.
- At least two years of hands-on experience dealing with financial instruments such as structured products, bonds, and derivatives (options).
- Familiarity with programming or automation tools (e.g., VBA, Python) and exposure to project coordination or management is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are essential.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of performing effectively under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work.
