Operation Admin (3-month contract, up to 20K)

Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including administrative coordination and inventory management of office supplies.
- Plan and support internal events, employee activities, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Operations) to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
- Handle billing activities such as preparing invoices, tracking payments, and liaising with clients and vendors on settlements.
- Support internal service operations, delivery logistics, inventory tracking, and assisting the technical team.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience in administrative, accounting, or operational support roles.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Detail-minded, proactive, flexible, and able to communicate effectively across different teams.
