The role is primarily to Manage and ensure delivery of the Business Readiness for the Markets Asset Services global processing platform
· Project Management - Project Manage the delivery of Markets Asset Services global processing platform replacement business
readiness, by displaying a good understanding and application of the key elements of project management and the project life cycle.
· Business Case Management / Benefits Realisation – Ensure cost / benefit realisation and management is performed, ensuring the
project is on track throughout the lifecycle
· Asset Services Strategy - Support the delivery of the MSS AS Strategy, demonstrate a good understanding of this strategy in the
context of the impact on the project stream.
· IT Governance - Ensure that IT deliver what they have been requested to deliver, on time, on budget and to a standard that will
achieve the stated benefits.
· Management Information - Undertake or manage periodic or ad hoc reporting and analyse the results to suggest future changes or
use the information to show clear progress made by the team.
· Support all staff – Lead by example and ensure staff are supported to deliver outstanding results.
· Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply
to the conduct of the business in which you are involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including, BTF
and FIM.
· Be aware of the Operational Risk scenarios associated with the role and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk
