Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to drive sales of fine wines and spirits.

  • Conduct product tastings and educate clientele on brand details and pairings.

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Provide outstanding customer experience to build loyalty.

  • Maintain visual merchandising and manage inventory.

  • Collaborate with the sales manager on promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in fine wine/spirit, luxury retail, or premium customer service, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Solid knowledge of fine wines is required; WSET Level 2 or above is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

  • Outgoing, confident, sales-focused, and energetic with a customer-first attitude.

  • 5-day work week with shift duties, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Reliable transportation to travel to various event locations.
