Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Orientation: Manage the integration of new team members by coordinating their onboarding schedules and conducting orientations.
Special Projects & Relocation: Play a key role in coordinating upcoming office relocation initiatives and assisting with global HR and administrative projects.
Facilities & Operations: Lead general office administration, including supervising office maintenance staff (amahs), managing office supplies, handling sample inventory, and overseeing facility renovations.
Travel & Reporting: Coordinate corporate travel itineraries and compile subsequent travel reports, alongside tracking attendance, leave records, and general administrative expenses.
Vendor & Reception Support: Monitor third-party vendor performance and step in to assist with front-desk reception duties when needed.
Ad-Hoc Support: Provide versatile assistance on additional HR and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Professional Experience: A minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in office administration, ideally within a large-scale or multinational business environment.
Industry Background: Prior experience in the sourcing or garment sector is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
Key Project Experience: Hands-on experience managing office relocation projects is considered a strong asset.
Education: Holder of a Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
Technical Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken command of both English and Chinese.
Interpersonal Strengths: Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills paired with a service-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated mindset.
Work Style: A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working autonomously with minimal guidance.
