Senior Complaint Handling Officer (Banking industry, 1-year renewable contract)

- HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3
- 3+ years' exp. in Retail Banking/Securities firms.
- Banking customer support experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive customer service, assisting walk-in clients and handling banking, investment, and insurance inquiries by phone and email.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare reports regarding complaint cases.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Associate degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking, phone banking, or securities firms
- Customer support experience is a distinct advantage.
- Completed HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work under pressure
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, with a good command of Mandarin
