Overview
We are seeking a Senior Support / Sales Engineer to support the sales and delivery of security and ELV solutions. This customer-facing role combines technical pre-sales, solution consulting, project coordination, and partner support to drive business growth and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical pre-sales support to customers, partners, and internal sales teams.
Design and recommend security solutions including CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm, and IP-based systems.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
Coordinate system testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Deliver product demonstrations and technical training.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-sales support.
Support channel partner development and identify new business opportunities.
Participate in customer events, seminars, and exhibitions.
Requirements
Degree or Higher Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical support.
Knowledge of security systems, CCTV, access control, ELV, or networking technologies.
CCNA certification or networking knowledge is highly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
Fluent Cantonese with good spoken and written English.
Ideal Candidate Experience gained from security vendors, system integrators, ELV contractors, networking companies, or building technology providers will be highly regarded. Candidates with a passion for technology, customer engagement, and solution-based selling are encouraged to apply.
