The Bank’s Global Banking business provides a broad spectrum of financing solutions to large corporations and financial institutions. As a strategic financial partner to corporate customers, The Bank offers a comprehensive range of products and services including bilateral and syndication loans, project financing, property development financing, property investment loans, working capital financing, trade financing, cash management and treasury products.



Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver efficient and high quality (i) secretarial support to a Management Executive and administrative support to team members

 

  1. Secretarial support:

- Manage diaries and arrange meeting and interview logistics, assist Management Executives on external conference/seminar registration

- Coordinate and organise departmental meetings and conference calls including agendas and minutes where required etc.

- Coordinate and work with other secretaries/ assistants across the Bank

 

  1. Administrative support:

- Perform departmental and shared administration roles including ordering of stationery and equipment, liaison with internal and external stakeholders e.g. internal procurement team and external vendors

- Make business travel arrangements, liaise with travel agencies and service providers

- Coordinate team activities, events, meetings

- Arrange on/off-boarding of new joiners / leavers

- Arrange expenses claims

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma Holder or above, Degree holder preferred
  • Relevant solid experience in sizable organisations, experience in financial services will be an advantage
  • Thorough attention to details, strong organisational skills with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to accommodate personal styles to different situations
  • Good analytical and problem solving ability
  • Positive attitude with great sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Team player and demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
