Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced product leader to head our product team for a compliant digital asset trading platform. You will oversee the full product lifecycle management from 0 to 1 or 1 to N, ensuring the product delivers an outstanding user experience while strictly adhering to Hong Kong's regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Product Planning: Develop and execute iterative roadmaps for the digital asset platform that align with Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
• Compliance Integration: Deeply engage in compliance process design, seamlessly incorporating compliance features and regulatory obligations into the product experience.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead an agile team of product managers, establish efficient product development processes, and mentor team members for growth.
• End-to-End Design: Oversee the functional definition and iteration of the user system, asset accounts, deposit/withdrawal channels, core trading capabilities, asset security, and user-facing products (App/Web).
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner closely with compliance, legal, risk control, technology, and operations teams to ensure product launches comply with legal standards, rapidly address market needs, and standardize mid- and back-office capabilities to enhance platform operations and efficiency.
• Market Insights: Stay abreast of regulatory trends in Hong Kong and globally for Crypto and Web3 (e.g., VASP regime, stablecoins), and adjust product strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Senior Industry Experience: 5+ years in internet product management, with at least 3-5 years in cryptocurrency exchanges, FinTech, or licensed traditional financial institutions; background in
• Crypto, securities, or financial trading products required.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Regulations: Deep familiarity with SFC requirements for virtual asset trading platforms; prior experience in building compliant systems or license applications is preferred.
• Core Product Skills: Strong logical thinking with in-depth understanding of compliant user systems, asset account management, trading systems, clearing and settlement processes; ability to handle complex business scenarios, identify product issues, propose feasible solutions, and drive implementation.
• Hands-On Expertise: Proficient in product architecture design, modular design, and prototyping; capable of translating complex business needs into simple, user-friendly products.
• Leadership: Proven team management experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments; strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English; able to produce high-quality product documentation and solutions.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
