Responsibilities:- Implement divisional sales strategies and achieve sales targets for compressor equipment within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new customers across target industries.
- Provide accurate and timely sales and market updates to the Sales Manager.
- Deliver technical training and support to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with aftermarket teams to ensure high-quality after-sales service.
- Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Coordinate with marketing for campaign and promotional support.
- Manage accounts receivable in line with company credit policies.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in machinery or equipment sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in Cantonese is a must, and good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel.
