Job Description:

• Perform daily operations, monitoring, and regular maintenance for enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless networks, switches, and routers.
• Set up and maintain secure VPN connections (IPsec / SSL VPN) for site-to-site connectivity and user remote access.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, network diagrams, and asset management inventories.

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Networking Basics: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, and basic routing concepts (Static routing, OSPF basics).
• Security Equipment Exposure: Basic hands-on experience or familiarity with firewall configuration (e.g., Fortinet / FortiGate or any other mainstream brands) and Web Proxies.
• Hardware Support: Experience in handling standard network switches and routers (e.g., Cisco, Huawei, or equivalent).
