工作內容:

  • 為顧客提供親切專業的接待服務,主動介紹產品特色、協助試穿並完成交易流程
  • 深入了解產品賣點及市場潮流,為顧客提供貼心的穿搭及選購建議
  • 負責店內貨品陳列、補貨及庫存整理,保持店面整潔舒適及吸引的視覺效果
  • 與團隊緊密合作,積極參與店內推廣活動,共同達成銷售指標及提升品牌形象
  • 妥善處理顧客查詢、投訴或退換貨事宜,確保每位顧客都有愉快的購物體驗

基本要求:

  • 能流利使用粵語、英語及普通話與顧客溝通
  • 具備優秀的溝通能力及強烈的服務熱忱,喜歡與人互動
  • 可獨立處理工作,亦樂於與團隊合作完成目標

 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers warmly, introduce product features, assist with trying on items, and smoothly handle transactions
  • Stay updated on product details and fashion trends to offer personalized styling and purchasing recommendations
  • Manage in-store visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory to maintain a tidy, inviting, and well-organized shop environment
  • Work closely with the team to meet sales targets, actively participate in in-store promotions, and help boost brand awareness
  • Professionally resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or exchange/return requests to ensure a delightful shopping experience

Requirement: 

  • Have relevant working experience in retail sales
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service and interacting with people
  • Able to work independently while being a supportive and collaborative team player
  • Immediately available or short-time notice is highly preferred
