• 5 day work/double pay
• At least 3 years of QC-related experience in the field of handbags,leather goods

Responsibilities:

• Support daily QA activities and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers
• Maintain quality documents and drive continuous improvement
• Track defect rates, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
• Support pre-production meetings, sample reviews, and factory audits
• Assist in customer complaint handling and quality report preparation

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or related field
• At least 3 years of QA/QC-related experience in the field of backpacks, handbags, shoes, leather goods, jewelry, or watches
• Basic knowledge of quality processes, risk assessment, and factory inspection criteria
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Frequent business travel required
