Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
