Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day Food & Beverage operations to ensure a high standard of service, including monitoring floor activities, maintaining staff grooming standards, ensuring proper preparation of service areas, and keeping sufficient supplies of tableware and consumables available.

  • Support the implementation and adherence to operating procedures, service standards, hygiene requirements, and workplace safety practices. Assist the team in adapting to procedural updates and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests by welcoming them professionally, guiding them to their tables, presenting menus, making suitable recommendations, and accurately processing food and beverage orders.

  • Provide guidance and on-the-job coaching to new team members and trainees, helping them develop their skills, uphold service excellence, and integrate into the Club's culture and values.

  • Ensure operational systems and related platforms, are used correctly and efficiently. Monitor the condition of equipment, report issues promptly, and coordinate maintenance or repair requests when required.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience within hotels, clubs or similar hospitality environments, preferably with exposure to Chinese restaurant operations and premium service standards.

  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain service quality during peak business periods.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Cantonese to effectively interact with Members, guests, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for Members and guests.
