Job Responsibilities

• Lead fault diagnosis and provide rectification plans and investigation reports
• Maintain high availability and reliability of communication services
• Minimize ATC system outages and ensure effective system recovery procedures
• Prioritize resources during multiple system faults to reduce service impact
• Manage resources cost-effectively and improve system availability through technical analysis
• Design and fabricate replacement parts for obsolete systems
• Monitor spare parts inventory and consumption trends
• Coordinate with contractors and report on station conditions
• Stay updated with relevant technologies to provide expert advice and support
• Respond to emergency call-outs (ECO) outside office hours to resolve faults reported by the control center

Job Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in engineering or IT-related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of IT operations or maintenance experience, including 2–3 years in ATC systems at HKIA
• Strong knowledge in electronics, radio, and communication technologies
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; Putonghua and driving license are advantages
• Willing to work shifts, irregular hours, and outdoor as needed
