Responsibilities:
Revise and refine the wording of existing HR standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company style.
Update and replace images/screenshots within SOP documents to reflect current system interfaces and operational steps.
Format and align documentation layout, numbering, and style across multiple SOP files.
Proofread edited documents and correct grammatical, typographical, or formatting errors.
Submit completed revisions to the HR team for review according to the assigned schedule.
Ensure all updates are based solely on existing materials; creating new processes from scratch or conducting stakeholder interviews is not required.
Requirements:
Proven documentation writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic image editing (e.g., cropping, replacing screenshots).
Immediately available to work full-time on-site for the entire 2–3 month contract period.
Ability to understand procedural content and rewrite it in clear, user-friendly language.
Previous experience in HR, HR systems, or writing procedure manuals is an advantage but not mandatory.
Self-motivated and able to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with high accuracy.
Good command of written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) to handle bilingual documentation if required.
