Job Requirements:
Degree holder or above, minimum 2 years of experience in client acquisition.
Qualifications in HKSI and IIQE.
Prior experience in account management is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of banking products including treasury, equities, funds, and insurance.
Proven track record in client acquisition, with experience in account management.
Technical expertise and sound understanding of consumer banking products (e.g., Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance).
Job Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition, referrals, and deepening of existing client relationships within the Personal Clients segment.
Conduct professional financial profiling and provide personalized solutions to meet clients’ financial goals.
Deliver regular market and product updates to strengthen customer engagement and trust.
Develop and execute monthly sales plans in consultation with the Branch Manager/PTL to achieve business targets.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities to support customer acquisition and retention.
Provide quality after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and reduce attrition.
Identify potential prospects, solicit referrals, and conduct sales presentations to groups and corporate partners.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, money laundering prevention procedures, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
Uphold the Bank’s values and Code of Conduct, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and governance.
Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders including Branch Managers, Business Managers, and Product Managers.
