Restaurant Captain – Clubhouse

Our client is looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to join their Clubhouse team and deliver outstanding food & beverage service to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
Service & Operations
- Maintain high standards in food & beverage operations and customer service
- Ensure smooth daily operations for members and guests
Team Support & Training
- Support management in enforcing SOPs and service standards
- Coach and mentor new staff and trainees
- Ensure service quality aligns with the Club’s culture
Member Experience
- Greet members professionally and escort them to tables
- Recommend dishes and beverages, including wine
- Take and process orders efficiently
- Promote Club facilities and services
- Collect member feedback and support menu planning
Marketing & Promotions
- Assist in planning and running promotional activities
- Manage seasonal promotion counters
Requirements
Education
- Form 5 or above
- Diploma in Hotel Management or related field is preferred
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Hotels or large catering establishments
- Minimum 2 years in a similar supervisory role
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong upselling and sales skills
- Wine knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Language
- Fluent in Cantonese
- English and Mandarin are an advantage
