• 5 days' work per week, split shift
  • Hotel/Private clubhouse/Michelin star background is preferred
  • Cantonese and English proficiency is a must

Responsibilities
  • Manage reservations, answer calls, and coordinate daily bookings using the reservation system.
  • Welcome Members and guests, escort them to tables, and ensure a positive arrival and departure experience.
  • Allocate seating efficiently based on Member preferences and operational requirements.
  • Communicate guest needs, special requests, dietary restrictions, and accessibility requirements to the service team.
  • Maintain accurate Member records and support restaurant administrative tasks, including menu management.
  • Ensure the reception area, menus, and dining environment are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Promote club offerings and contribute to exceptional Member experiences.
  • Support restaurant operations and assist team members as required.

 

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurants, clubs, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would advantageous.
  • Knowledge of restaurant etiquette and reservation/booking systems.
  • Excellent telephone manner, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
