As a Licensing and brand operation Assistant Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the Brand team, ensuring partnerships move seamlessly from concept to launch. This is a hands‑on execution role, focused on coordination, approvals, and delivery discipline rather than campaign planning or marketing strategy.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of brand partnerships, managing workflows across product samples, artwork, packaging, and regulatory approvals
Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of brand programs, from initial concept through production and launch, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
Act as the bridge between Brand, Operations, and Commercial teams, aligning procurement, design, sales, and customer service to resolve roadblocks
Track and document licensing agreements, royalty payments, and portfolio performance with accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare executive‑level materials and represent the Brand team in cross‑functional meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Assist in partner activations, industry events, and stakeholder meetings, supporting smooth execution and operational readiness
Monitor market developments and consumer trends to identify operational opportunities for new partnerships and product categories
Strong background in operations, coordination, or project execution within brand, licensing, or product delivery environments
Experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and approval processes in a fast‑paced setting
Detail‑driven, organized, and dependable, with the ability to anticipate risks and maintain delivery discipline
Skilled communicator with proven stakeholder management abilities; fluent in English and Cantonese
Comfortable bridging Brand × Operations × Commercial functions to ensure seamless execution
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline; 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, product management, or consumer brand operations (luxury goods or cosmetics preferred)
Willingness to undertake occasional international business travel
