- 8-10 years of retail & management experience
- Diploma or higher qualification in Interior Design
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office suite.
Job Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of retail store renovation, maintenance, and new store opening projects from initial concept through to final handover.
- Manage key initiatives such as store launches and brand refreshes, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and full satisfaction of all involved parties.
- Oversee all aspects including project scheduling, financial control, resource allocation, risk management, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify that contractors perform work safely, maintain high quality standards, and adhere to project timelines.
- Liaise with internal departments, landlords, and property management offices to address all project-related requirements.
- Supervise external technical service providers to deliver efficient and cost-effective maintenance support to operational stores.
- Guide and develop the team to drive ongoing improvement and professional growth.
Undertake additional assignments as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the retail sector or chain store projects, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Solid technical knowledge, with expertise in MVAC systems considered an advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven team player with strong skills in establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external partners. - Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office suite.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and budget constraints.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, strong analytical mindset, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Positive, open-minded attitude.
