Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & Compensation Administration
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Calculate and verify sales commissions, incentives, bonuses, and other variable compensation for retail and corporate employees.
  • Review and reconcile sales performance reports to ensure accurate commission payments.
  • Coordinate with Retail Operations, Sales Managers, and Finance teams on commission calculations and payroll data.
  • Maintain payroll records, compensation data, and supporting documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll-related transactions.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist in compensation analysis when required.
  • Respond to employee enquiries relating to payroll, commissions, and compensation matters.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes for new employees.
  • Arrange and administer training programmes for retail and corporate staff.
  • Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and training documentation.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers on learning and development initiatives.
  • Track training completion and prepare training reports for management review.
  • Assist in the coordination of product knowledge training, customer service training, and compliance-related training programmes.
  • Support the administration of employee development and performance-related training activities.

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, luxury retail, jewellery, or sales-driven environments.
  • Experience in payroll processing and commission calculation is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with payroll and HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
