As a senior member of the technology team, you will lead the design and governance of a robust infrastructure ecosystem across on-premises and cloud environments. You are expected to drive the technical strategy and deliver scalable solutions that align with core business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architectural Strategy: Develop and manage the end-to-end design of compute, storage, networking, and virtualization solutions.
• Cloud Evolution: Design and implement hybrid cloud architectures, specifically leveraging Azure and AWS.
• Roadmap Management: Establish a long-term technology roadmap including lifecycle management and cost-benefit analysis.
• Systems Resilience: Maintain rigorous standards for high availability, security protocols, and capacity planning.
• Leadership & Support: Mentor engineering teams and assist sales functions by providing technical proposals and solution architecture.

The Candidate

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Architecture or Senior Design role.
• Technical Core: Deep proficiency in networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and automation tools.
• Server Mastery: Specialized expertise in at least two domains regarding server and virtualization platforms.
• Cloud Delivery: Proven track record in the hands-on implementation of hybrid cloud environments.
• Communication: Strong ability to translate complex technical requirements into business impact for stakeholders.

Desired Credentials

• Relevant certifications are highly preferred, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, CCNP/CCIE, or VMware VCP.
