About the Company

Our client is a fresh food brand specializing in high-turnover, ready-to-eat meals, crafted daily in a central production kitchen and distributed to multiple retail outlets across Hong Kong.

This is an opportunity for operations professionals from structured, fast-paced food environments — such as quick-service, bento, sushi, or packaged meal brands — to step into a role with more ownership and growth.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee central kitchen workflow and cold-chain delivery to outlets
  • Balance sell-out goals with waste reduction using real-time data
  • Develop SOPs for hygiene, service, and production efficiency
  • Lead and coach teams across kitchen, logistics, and retail
  • Support new site development, delivery platform partnerships, and outlet P&L

 

Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years in food operations, including central kitchen or high-volume takeaway
  • Skilled in team leadership, logistics, scheduling, and food safety
  • Fluent in Cantonese; English or Mandarin a plus
  • Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving environment

主要職責
  • 管理中央廚房生產流程及冷鏈配送,確保準時供應
  • 運用銷售數據平衡「售罄目標」與「減少浪費」
  • 制定並優化廚房及門市的營運與衛生標準流程(SOP)
  • 領導及培訓廚房、物流與門市團隊
  • 參與新店選址、平台合作(如外送)及門市營運分析
理想人選
  • 五年以上餐飲營運經驗,熟悉中央廚房或高流量門市管理
  • 擅長團隊管理、物流安排、人手排班及食品安全
  • 流利廣東話
  • 積極主動、靈活應變,具備前線領導能力
