Key Responsibilities

Legal Entity Management, Accounting & Tax

  • Act as Deputy to the Managing Director, supporting risk frameworks and strengthening internal controls.
  • Oversee YEC reporting, including preparation of the income statement and tax computations in collaboration with BPO partners.
  • Coordinate local GAAP and IFRS account audits and serve as the primary point of contact for BPO partners and external auditors.
  • Lead risk management and internal control improvement initiatives, ensuring accountability and regulatory compliance across the organization.
  • Process and assign FI invoices in ECM (SAP) to ensure financial postings are accurate and completed on time.

Financial & Management Reporting

  • Prepare Monthly Sales Associate Performance Reports to support business and commercial decision-making.
  • Provide ad-hoc sales and customer insights analysis to drive performance improvements.
  • Manage external reporting requirements for government agencies, customers, and regulators, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Record and manage leasing arrangements for tangible/intangible assets in line with IFRS 16.
  • Administer commission calculations in accordance with HR policies.

Cost Controlling & FP&A

  • Lead cost center controlling activities across MEC, YEC, Business Planning (BP), and Forecasting (FC) cycles.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization opportunities, track variances, and deliver clear commentary to stakeholders.
  • Administer intercompany charges and SLA cost allocations, ensuring accuracy and appropriate documentation.
