Our client is looking for an ambitious Senior Commercial Solicitor (5-7 years PQE) to join their award-winning Media, Entertainment, and TMT practice in Hong Kong.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio ranging from mainstream M&A and JVs to specialized Media & TMT matters.
- Advise on content production/financing, distribution, talent engagements, sports rights, and live event structuring.
- Negotiate and oversee intricate commercial instruments with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- Hong Kong-qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE and robust commercial drafting proficiency.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is essential.
- Self-motivated, able to juggle competing deadlines, and eager to build your own practice within a supportive firm.
- Media industry experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
