Role Summary:
- The Regulatory Assessment Delivery Analyst is accountable to lead and deliver complex regulatory-driven Cybersecurity projects.
- The role holder is expected to have experience in project delivery and stakeholder management with a proven ability to work independently to ensure the project's success.
- Experience delivering Cyber / Technology regulatory projects within an international environment is preferred.
Responsibility
- This role is a project manager and contributor role to lead and deliver key regulatory projects with the support of senior stakeholders with engagement across the region/globe.
- Lead the development of the project plan; ensure that there is sufficient support and commitment for all key deployment dates; drive delivery.
- Provide timely and concise updates to regional stakeholders and ensure they are well aware of the progress and impacts on the region.
Escalate issues in a timely manner to senior management
Requirements:
- Project management experience in a large-scale cyber financial services environment, including regulatory projects.
- Experience running cyber regulatory compliance projects, such as the Hong Kong Cyber Resilience Assessment Framework (C-RAF).
- Ability to build strong relationships with key project stakeholders (i.e. C suite).
- Ability to articulate project ideas, status and challenges to project stakeholders and obtain necessary support.
- Ability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to independently and quickly understand complex problems and figure out actionable plans to achieve the end-goal.
- Proven ability and experience of working in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.
- Good spoken and written communication and ability to adapt style based on audience (English).
- Broad understanding of cybersecurity.
- Broad understanding of infrastructure and/or banking technology.
- Knowledge in Governance, Risk and Control and/or Cyber regulations.
