Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal/administrative support to Managing Director, handle confidential info discreetly.
- Liaise with HQ (accounts/admin) and General Manager, prepare reports and coordinate internally.
- Manage ad hoc tasks from Director/supervisor for team success.
- Organize monthly docs (receipts, property, bank statements), submit/follow up applications.
- Coordinate with education consultants, tutors, providers, and overseas teams.
- Supervise helper/driver as needed.
- Manage MD calendar, meetings, and travel (flights, hotels, transport, itineraries), personal travel support if required.
Job Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in business, beauty sales, receptionist, or sales administration
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment
- Responsible, proactive, and attentive to details and time management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, excellent communication skills are essential
- Willing to travel for business when required
