Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support across systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and basic network issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor system performance and carry out routine maintenance tasks.
  • Support installation, setup, and upgrades of IT equipment and software.
  • Keep clear documentation of configurations, procedures, and issue‑resolution steps.
  • Work with internal IT teams to deploy system updates and enhancements.
  • Provide user training and day‑to‑day support on corporate applications.
  • Respond promptly to user requests and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining data protection through proper backup and recovery practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in system or technical support.
  • Good understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and Office tools is an advantage.
  • Familiar with backup tools (Avamar, Veeam), Windows Servers, Red Hat Linux, VMware.
