Job Requirements:
- Bachelor holder or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
- Around 3 years’ working experience or above is preferred
- Able to handle basic accounting independently, with full set accounting experience
- Proficient in office software, especially the use of Excel, experience with Odoo will be an advantage
- Good writing and communication skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full set of accounts and preparation of monthly reports for management, handle all accounting issues including account receivables, payable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and in-house reports/reconciliations.
- Manage daily payment and receipt tasks, including vendor invoice processing, payments, customer billings, and receipt handling.
- Assist accounting supervisor in annual audit, final accounts and budget.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Participate in computerized system enhancement and development.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Candidate with more experience will be considered for an Accountant role.
