工作職責:
Job Duties:

  1. 處理新企業客戶的入職和現有客戶的數據維護。
    Handle onboarding of new corporate customers and maintain data for existing customers.

  2. 確保開戶和維護符合規定。
    Ensure account opening and maintenance comply with regulations.

  3. 準確更新客戶信息。
    Keep client information accurate and up to date.

  4. 處理網上銀行申請和系統維護。
    Process online banking applications and system maintenance.

  5. 為業務夥伴提供支持,改善文件檢查。
    Provide support to business partners and improve documentation checks.

  6. 準備內部或監管報告,支持臨時任務。
    Prepare reports for internal or regulatory needs and assist with ad hoc tasks.

資格條件:
Qualifications:

  • 1-2年銀行經驗優先,應屆畢業生也可。
    1-2 years of banking experience preferred; fresh graduates also considered.

  • 客戶導向,注重細節,能承受壓力。
    Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure.

  • 良好的英語、廣東話和普通話能力。
    Good spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

  • 熟悉Office軟件,具系統測試經驗者更佳。
    Proficient in MS Office; UAT experience is a plus.
