We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Assistant Key Account Manager to drive growth and manage strategic partnerships within our food division. In this role, you will take ownership of key retail accounts, design high-impact promotional strategies, and uncover new revenue streams.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to accelerate sales growth, expand market share, and maximize profitability.
Relationship & Channel Expansion: Cultivate robust, long-term partnerships with existing key accounts while actively scouting and locking in new distribution channels.
Joint Business Planning: Own the annual business planning process, defining commercial budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
Trade Marketing & Promotions: Identify emerging business opportunities; design, execute, and evaluate high-performance sales and channel promotion activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams to seamlessly implement marketing campaigns and ensure product availability.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitor movements, and analyze customer insights to pivot strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of Key Account Management experience within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
Channel Expertise: Proven, solid experience managing major supermarket chains is highly preferred.
Core Competencies: Proactive self-starter with a data-driven mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong customer-centric focus.
Soft Skills: Mature, independent, and highly presentable with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
