Duties

• Lead day-to-day IT operations for a small office, serving as the main IT contact.
• Manage outsourced vendors to ensure SLA compliance, timely support, and proper documentation.
• Oversee infrastructure, networks, endpoints, Microsoft 365, security, backup, and business applications.
• Coordinate website, domain, DNS, SSL, and hosting matters with service providers.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access control, and end-user support.
• Manage IT projects, vendor selection, tendering, and implementation.
• Control IT procurement, licensing, assets, and budgets.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and IT policies.
• Advise on automation, AI adoption, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Proven hands-on IT lead/manager experience, ideally as a sole IT owner.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, networking, and security tools.
• Experience in vendor management, IT projects, and cloud/on-prem environments.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, backup, DR, and IT governance.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese; relevant certifications preferred.
