Job Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Production Ownership: Take full responsibility for the mass-production implementation of advanced drone battery cells, overseeing the entire product delivery workflow across the manufacturing lines.
2. Operational Framework & Compliance: Establish factory production management systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Implement strict aviation-grade battery compliance standards while successfully hitting production capacity, yield rate, and cost targets.
3. Quality & Process Control: Oversee Incoming Quality Control (IQC) validation, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and root-cause analysis for defects. Interface directly with clients to optimize the Bill of Materials (BOM) based on their requirements.
4. Client Interface & Project Delivery: Act as the primary point of contact for customer-facing technical and commercial alignment. Manage all project milestones and collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Continuous Improvement: Continuously drive manufacturing process optimizations to enhance battery cycle life, lower production costs, and maximize product reliability.
6. Cross-Functional Site Management: Exercise full administrative and operational management over all local factory departments, including Production, Equipment/Automation, Quality Assurance, R&D, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety).

Job Requirements:

1. Industry Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in the EV/Power Battery industry, with a minimum of 5+ years in a senior plant executive or factory director role.
2. Technical Expertise: Highly proficient in pouch cell (软包电芯) design, assembly, and formation/testing processes. Proven track record of successfully delivering drone battery manufacturing projects.
3. Material & Quality Systems: Deeply familiar with advanced Lithium-ion and Lithium-Metal (锂金属) material chemistry systems. Expert-level knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing line operations, and new product mass-production ramp-ups.
4. Project & Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated capability in budget management and leading large-scale, cross-functional projects. Possess strong business acumen for high-level commercial and technical interfacing with major B2B clients.
5. Hard Requirement (Languages): Must be bilingual/fluent in both Korean and English (for seamless local site management and global corporate reporting).
