The Role
We are seeking an experienced Art Director to lead and evolve our brand’s creative vision across all touchpoints. This is a leadership role overseeing visual identity, storytelling and creative execution, ensuring that every interaction reflects our wellness philosophy, premium positioning and cultural relevance in Hong Kong and beyond.
You will work closely with brand, marketing, product and digital teams, while mentoring internal creatives and managing external agencies and collaborators.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Brand Direction
Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across digital, print, retail, packaging and experiential channels
Define creative concepts, visual systems and storytelling frameworks that communicate wellness in a modern, aspirational way
Translate brand strategy into compelling creative outputs that resonate with both local and regional audiences
Campaigns & Content
Lead creative development for brand campaigns, product launches, social media and content initiatives
Oversee art direction for photography, video, motion and graphic design
Ensure creative excellence across performance-driven and brand-building initiatives
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor and inspire a team of designers and creatives (in-house and freelance)
Brief, manage and evaluate external agencies, photographers, stylists and production partners
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Digital and PR teams to ensure seamless execution
Commercial & Strategic Impact
Balance creative ambition with commercial objectives, timelines and budgets
Stay ahead of design, wellness, lifestyle and cultural trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive
Champion innovation while maintaining brand integrity and quality
Requirements
Experience & Skills
8–12+ years of experience in creative leadership roles (Art Director / Creative Director)
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building, campaign work and high-quality execution
Experience within wellness, lifestyle, beauty, hospitality, fashion or premium consumer brands is highly preferred
Excellent eye for design, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling
Strong understanding of digital-first and social-led creative
Leadership & Collaboration
Proven experience leading creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Confident communicator able to present ideas clearly to senior leadership
Culturally fluent, with sensitivity to Asian and global audiences
Technical & Practical
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern creative workflows
Hands-on creative capability combined with strategic thinking
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
